Delivery  

 

Currently we only deliver to Malaysia and Singapore.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday shall be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday or weekends shall be shipped the following Monday.

 

All shipments are by POSLAJU or our courier agent.

 

Please allow for delays in delivery during festive seasons. We apologize for this inconvenience. To ensure that you receive your orders in time, we suggest that you place your orders well in advance to avoid peak season delays.

 

We do not deliver to PO box addresses.  If you do not receive your order within 15 days, please contact us.

 

Disclaimer: Although we do everything to ensure that your orders arrive promptly, there may be circumstances beyond our control which may cause a delay. We are not liable for any damages due to the delays.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for the selected countries. We deliver via airmail or international courier services. International shipping may take 3-15 working days depending on destination.

 

Returns 

 

We take great care in packaging and delivering your orders to ensure that you receive them in proper condition. Should your orders arrive damaged or defected, we will replace them free of charge within 30 days of receipt at the address below.
